After many enquiries throughout 2007 Jan is starting a new course for the general public on Stress Management & Meditation. The first course starts on February 6th so you will need to book soon to secure a place if you are keen.

After all the festive eating and drinking many people are feeling the effects. We have some news in this issue on some supplements for fat burning. You might also like to consider a detox to lighten the load and brighten your body.

It would be wonderful if there was an easy answer for reducing body fat and maintaining a healthy weight. We are always being asked if there is a supplement that really does help with weight loss. There are many on the market being touted as the cure-all for managing weight. Some work by absorbing fat in your digestive system preventing it being broken down and metabolised by your body.
