Food-Body-HealthWelcome

It's about your health and vitality

Welcome to my first newsletter for the new year - 2010.

School resumes next week which means life returns to some semblance of normality for a term. The festive season has passed and it is time to take stock and get cracking with the plans for the year ahead. It is a pretty exciting time, especially if you have had a good rest and relax over the break. You have the energy to put into your family, passions, health and work.

The trick of course is to keep up that energy throughout the year and if you feel you're not starting the year on all cylinders, you could be due for a health check with yours truly to put you on the path to vitality.

In just 2 weeks I start teaching the next Art from the Heart course and you can find the details on this relaxing, energising and creative course below.

My next cooking class in my Wellbeing Series at Matters of Taste Cooking School is in March, you can read about that class here and take a peek at the recipes you will be sampling on the day. The class is all about Staying Slim - all the secrets you need to know.

Next month I'll have some excellent new articles for you to read and some great summer tips.  Stay tuned for information-packed newsletters throughout the year.

Happy Australia Day!
(and happy birthday to my Mum!)

Food-Body-HealthArt from the Heart in 2010

Meditate then Create

I will be running the first Art from the Heart course for 2010 in February beginning Monday 8th at 6.30 to 8.30pm.

Many people believe they cannot create art because they have not learnt drawing techniques. However, Art from the Heart is an expression of the inner self. To attend this course you don't need artistic ability. Nor do you need meditation experience. However, those that do may find they will tap into greater creative energy to enhance their artistic abilities and meditation experience. Some people discover creative talents they didn't know they had.
