About the Classes
In these classes you will learn a variety of practical and simple methods of relaxation and meditation. Each session Jan will teach you some new theory and helpful tips, and will guide you through an easy meditation practice. You will feel more at ease and peaceful as a result. These classes are excellent for reducing inner tension, and improving your mind's clarity and focus.
The meditation is a seated meditation practice and it's a good idea to bring along a cosy jacket or shawl, and wear comfortable clothing.
