4 large carrots 4 sticks celery, leaves attached 1/2 scrubbed beetroot 6 sprigs fresh parsley, stems attached 4cm piece ginger | 1 Cut vegetables into pieces large enough to fit into feed tube of your juice extractor. Process vegetables, parsley and ginger and pour into a jug. 2 Mix well and drink immediately. You can mix the juice with sparkling mineral water or soda water if you like.
