2 tbsp toasted and chopped walnuts
2 tbsp chopped dried dates
2 tbsp sultanas
3 tsp honey
2 tsp butter, melted
4 pears, halved, cored and peeled
Reduced fat natural yoghurt, to serve

1 Combine walnuts, dates and sultanas in a bowl. Combine honey, butter and 2 tablespoons water in a small jug.
2 Place pears in shallow ovenproof dish in a single layer. Spoon walnut mixture onto each pear then drizzle honey mixture over the top.
3 Cover dish with foil and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or until pears are tender.
4 Serve warm or at room temperature with a drizzle of Almond Cream.
Pears can be baked several hours ahead.
