The initial naturopathic nutrition consultation takes 75 minutes and includes several tests such as a urinary indicans test to check for leaky gut / gut dysbiosis, a cellular health analysis test, zinc status, candida screen and blood group test. Jan conducts a very comprehensive health check including diet analysis and health appraisal questionnaire.
