How to Drop 10 Years Off Your Age

If I told you that your biological age (the actual age of your body) was 10 years older than your chronological age, how would you feel? Not brilliant I’d guess.

An older biological age means that your body is ageing faster than it needs to and that your risk of developing disease might be high.

No doubt you would want to know if it was easy enough to reverse and that your biological age can be reduced to below your chronological age? The great news is that it can be reduced and you can literally drop years off your biological age.

A scientifically validated form of assessment is the key. It’s called a bioimpedence analyser (also known as Cellular Health Analysis) and is used by practitioners around the world to assess the health of a patient’s body and the cells within. The test itself is very simple and quite quick to perform. Your practitioner will ask you to lie down. They will attach electrodes to one foot and one hand. At this point leads are attached to the electrodes and a totally painless electric current is run through your body (you won’t feel a thing). The resistance of your body cells is recorded and then analysed along with other statistics such as your height, weight and waist and wrist measurements.

The results of the Cellular Health Analysis will show:

  • your biological age;
  • your body muscle content and body fat levels;
  • if your body is holding onto toxins and fluid (indicating if you need to detox);
  • the health of your cells and how much energy they are able to produce;
  • how much protein, carbohydrate and fat you need to eat to maintain a healthy weight; and
  • your risk of disease.

In my practice I have found Cellular Health Analysis (CHA) to be a fabulous diagnostic tool which shows my clients how their health is improving from the inside out as they follow the health program I prescribe for them. I haven’t met anyone who doesn’t want to age slowly and more healthily and who wouldn’t like to feel more energetic.
