375g raw almond kernels
375g roasted unsalted cashews
250g brazil nuts
Cold pressed macadamia oil
1 Process nuts in a food processor until finely ground.
2 Add enough oil (about ¼ cup or so), slowly and in a very thin stream while the processor motor is operating, allowing the processor to combine the mixture well until it forms a thick spreadable paste. You will find as the mixture warms from the action of the processor the mixture will suddenly form a paste so it is best not to be too hasty in adding the oil. Spoon into a clean jar.
It will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
